As a Prince2 practitioner, his areas of expertise are handling environmental issues, climate finance, sustainable agriculture, supply chains management, human rights, education, health, livelihood, and child protection. He is an awardee of the Commonwealth Fellowship Professional Programme from British Council London, United Kingdom.

He specialises in generating revenue and increasing support bases for expanding charities, designing and driving fundraising strategies and mobilising sustainable income through international networks, business houses, civil society, social investors, HNIs, multilateral and bilateral agencies. 

Gaurav Kaushik  is the Head  – Business Development and Skill Development. At PnP his role is to take care of the  business development activities of PnP and establish a network with prospective organisations. He is an accomplished program leader and comes to us with over 18 years of multidisciplinary experience across Environment Social and Governance, Sustainability, and Supply Chain Management. He has extensive supply chain experience in various commodities.
