Objectives of the Project:
The project aims to demonstrate

Significant economic and environmental benefits in the large rice-growing area for the community to see, experience, learn and adopt water-efficient techniques for sustainable agriculture.

Disseminate learning and results among neighbouring farmers in innovative ways (farmer meetings/ data sharing/ training/water pledge) by involving local communities to institutionalize experience sharing.

Involving local governments to make people aware of existing policies and subsidies and influence policies as required.
Services:
Policy dialogue- By demonstrating water-efficient farming practices in three different areas (Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Karnal) in Haryana and disseminating the results and learnings, we aim to create a faster ripple effect and to maximize the adoption of water-saving practices in the whole of Haryana. We aim to mobilise all possible stakeholders like farmer groups, market players, CSOs, NGOs and the government at large.
Safe Water Access Project

Objectives of the Project:
To provide credit linked Water Supply Access to Safe Drinking Water & purification products such as Handpumps, Water Connection and Water Purifiers to 9, 000 poor households from states of Uttar Pradesh& Uttarakhand in India benefitting 45,000 people. Generated demand for pure drinking water through awareness activities. Expenditure on health was reduced by 50%. Contributed to UN MDG by drastically reducing the infant mortality rate in the target areas.
Livelihood Restoration and Support for Flood Affected Population in Kerala

Objectives of the Project:
PnP is undertaking a livelihood restoration project in Kerala for supporting activities for the flood-affected population in Thrissur District, Kerala. The objective of the project is to carry out the rehabilitation activities to the most affected communities through cash transfers and enabling them to restore their livelihoods.
Services:
Engaged two local partners AVARD and ESAF who have a long experience in providing grants to flood-affected people to identify the beneficiaries and organised cash grants. Under the project around 400 beneficiaries have been benefitted.
Income Increase Study of Beneficiaries of Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation

Objectives of the Project:
A study was conducted to assess the impact of Lupin Foundation’s interventions on incomes of its beneficiaries. A total of 214 households were covered as part of the study covering 29 locations (28 villages and Bharatpur city) in eight Panchayat Samitis in Bharatpur. The fieldwork was completed in January 2019 and a final report was shared with the client in February 2019.
