Dr. K.R. Viswanathan

Dr Viswanathan had earlier worked as Deputy Head (Climate Change and Development) at the Embassy of Switzerland in India. Before that, he had worked as the Senior Adviser of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Joint / Additional Commissioner at the Ministry of Agriculture Govt of India, and Principal Director of Defence Research and Development Organisation. He is a veterinarian by training with a Masters in Veterinary Sciences and MBA. Dr Viswanathan was awarded the VISHIST SEVA MEDAL by the President of India in 1985 for the service to Defence of the highest order.

Dr. Maitrayee Mukerji

Dr Mukerji is an Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for Excellence in Sustainable Development, IIM Kashipur. She completed her doctoral study from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). Her thesis was published as a book titled ICTs and Development: A Study of Telecentres in Rural India by Palgrave Macmillan, UK, 2013. Her expertise lies in doing interdisciplinary research in the area of technology, organizations and society with a current focus on applications of data analytics for development policy and planning.

Mr. Rajkamal Mukherjee

An ex-banker, Rajkamal is a microfinance veteran. He has previously worked with Central Bank of India, Sa-Dhan India Microfinance, and Micro Insurance Academy. He has consulted for international NGOs, national government, bilateral and multilateral agencies in India, Afghanistan and Thailand.

Ms. Wahida Rohman

Ms.  Rohman is a development professional and has an extensive 9 years of work experience in the social development sector. She has expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation, Policy Analysis, Project implementation, Capacity building and Partnership development. She has a comprehensive understanding of issues related to development and security with special focus on women and children. She has done in depth policy analysis on violence against women and children, maternal death and child death in India, social media influence in promoting cyberconflict, global counter terrorism policies and role of global actors in development. Ms. Rohman earned her Masters at School of Public Policy, Central European University, Budapest in 2019 and Masters of Arts in Education from Dibrugarh University in 2009.

Dr. Nandita Ray

Dr Ray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. A considerable part of her professional association spanning over 35 years has been for the social sector holding very senior-level positions for various organizations as well as an independent consultant. She began her professional career at Hindustan Lever Limited Bombay in the year 1970 and since then she has been holding official positions in social organizations viz., MD – Mahila Super Bazaar- Andhra Pradesh; Director – Outreach, Karnataka, Trustee – Samakhya etc., During the past 35 years she has been engaged as Consultant (Independent and Associate) for various national and international organizations.

Dr. G C Siluvappan

Dr Siluvappan has over 40 years of experience in development sector.  He has done his PHd in Futurology from Gandhigram Rural Institute.  He's an accomplished development professional   and has  proven track record of leading, managing, and implementing donor-funded development programs. He was working with  CARITAS India and prior to that he was working as Country Director for HEKS for more than 23 years.    He has joined PnP Board  in September 2020.

Ms. Neelima Khaitan

Ms. Khetan is the Visiting Fellow, Centre for Social and Economic Progress - Key Note Speaker She holds a Master in Rural Management from IRMA and also served as Director of the Institute. She is currently the Visiting Fellow with Centre for Social and Economic Progress. Ms Khetan has been the Group CSR Head - Vedanta Group for across India and Africa. She also served as Vice President, CSR -Hindustan Zinc, Director, CSR and Sustainability -Coca Cola India and South-West Asia, Country Director - American India Foundation and Chief Executive - Seva Mandir in Udaipur. She served on the Boards of many NGOs, Academic Institutions, Central and State Government Committee.

Mr. Venkata Rambabu Gurrala

Mr. Venkata Ram Babu Gurrala is a retired officer of Indian Airforce. He has previously worked for several NGOs offering health insurance services to people at the bottom of the pyramid. In 2017, he founded EXCEL Modular Systems LLP, a Hyderabad based company offering a wide range of cost-effective and quality solutions for the Office, Educational Institutional and Industrial applications. Over the last 7 years, the company has grown enormously and today has a number of reference installations in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to its credit.

Mr. Ranjan Chatterjee, Retd., IAS

Mr. Ranjan Chatterjee is a retired IAS Officer.  He was the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, New Delhi (2004-07); Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya (2007-09), Consultant, Planning Commission, Government of India (2009-12), looking after the Environment and Forests Sector. He also served as an Expert Member, National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi (2013-17), where he was part of the bench which passed some landmark judgements. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the National Law School University, Guwahati. He is an alumnus of the Hindu college, Delhi University, he post-graduated from the London School of Economics, London, and the National Defence College, Delhi.

Dr. Duke Ghosh

Dr. Ghosh, Ph.D. is the WOTRO-NWO Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Global Change Programme, Jadavpur University and Researcher at Global Change Research, Kolkata. As a visiting faculty, Dr. Ghosh teaches at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and has taught at the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. The research interests of Dr. Ghosh are transitions, economics of sustainable development and small business economics. He has a rich experience of providing research and consulting services to the Government and institutions like ADB, UNIDO, DFID, SIDA, and CII. Dr. Ghosh has completed his Ph. D. research in Economics at Jadavpur University as a SYLFF (The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders’ Fellowship Fund) Fellow and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He did his schooling at Ramakrishna Mission, Narendrapur, West Bengal.
